Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a 4th Sem B.Tech (AI&DS) student, Enrollment No: 0704AD241034.
I had applied for revaluation for my 2nd Sem Engineering Graphics (EG) backlog paper. To avoid late fees due to the approaching deadline, I filled out the exam form for 4th Sem and 2nd Sem backlog (paid ₹350 fee) on 22nd July 2026.
However, right after paying the fee, my revaluation result was declared and I have successfully PASSED the 2nd Sem EG exam.
Since my backlog is now officially cleared, I kindly request you to:
1. Cancel my exam form/registration for the 2nd Sem EG backlog exam.
2. Refund the ₹350 exam fee paid for the backlog exam to my bank account.
